📦 2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PRE-ORDERS UPON REQUEST
* Reservation by full payment: Due to the strictly limited and exclusive nature of international editions with official merchandise, reservations will be processed solely and exclusively under the advance payment modality. This allows us to guarantee and secure your batch directly with the overseas distributor before the print stock runs out.
* No Cancellation Policy: As these are personalized imports managed under each client's specific demand, cancellations, modifications, or refunds are not permitted once the order has been processed. Please ensure you are certain before confirming your purchase.
* Do not mix orders: Please do not put in-stock products and pre-order products in the same cart. If you mix them, the items we have in stock will not be shipped immediately, but will be held in our warehouse and will not be dispatched until the pre-order product arrives. Place separate orders if you want to receive what is in stock now.
* Waiting times: Products on order depend on the printing and shipping times of foreign publishers. You can consult the estimated dates in the Release Calendar, which we will periodically update on our website's blog.

We ship throughout Spain and to major destinations in central Europe! All our packages are prepared with premium packaging (rigid box and double layer of bubble wrap) to ensure that your novels, comics, and extras arrive in perfect collector's condition.
You have the following options and rates depending on your delivery zone:
Peninsula (Spain): Urgent home delivery (24-48h) with Correos iPaq Plus for €8.95.
👉 FREE SHIPPING on orders over €69.00! (Valid for any combination of 2 volumes, including Aloha Comics manhuas).
Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Home delivery (48-72h) with Correos iPaq for €9.95.
👉 FREE SHIPPING on orders over €69.00! (Valid for any combination of 2 volumes, including Aloha Comics manhuas).
Canary Islands: Home delivery (48-72h) with Correos iPaq for €12.95.
👉 FREE SHIPPING on orders over €69.00 for standard packages (up to 2 kg, which perfectly covers your 2 volumes of any format). Heavy packages (over 2 kg) will have an automatic surcharge according to weight on the payment screen to cover air transport.
Central Europe (Selected Countries): International home delivery (4-7 days) with Correos Internacional for €19.95.
